Terms and conditions

Cancellation policy - Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in being charged full price.  The 48 hour policy applies to any laser, Emsculpt, Exilis, or permanent makeup procedures.  NO EXCEPTIONS! If you can not make your appointment please contact the office at 214-266-8309.  

 

For all other services there will be a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling period. If cancelled, rescheduled or no show within that time frame you will be charged 50% of the service price .

 

This is non refundable and will not transfer. So please make sure you reschedule or cancel in the appropriate timeframe for your procedure. I understand that life happens, but I am a small business owner. Last minute cancellations or no shows directly affect my ability to continue providing my clients the best care possible!
